Nah, Melody’s busy with so much other stuff and I’d have to save for him anyhow. I’ll just wait til I’ve got $$ for one case they’re made in a small batch and squeak then.

Or better yet, adopt a needy parrot! There are thousands of homeless ones right now, and conures and lovebirds are high up on the list of birds that people give up. Plus with an adult bird, what you see is what you get in terms of personality. No “what if my parrot grows up to be a screaming demon?” 😉

Ooooh, good idea on the adopting a parrot. I’ll definitely have to look into that when the time is right! I don’t think transporting a bird back and forth from Japan would be fair (with the 14 hour flight and no guarantee that whatever my housing arrangements would be, that I could have a pet other than fish), so I’m waiting. Thanks for the tips though!

Old green OW… swimming pools of drool! That would make the OW the ONLY mold of which I’d have 2, since I’d HAVE to have the old green one, and I can’t see parting with my empea one!
I’d like to have all my dragons old green, though. I do have everything that’s been made in it. It just looks more ‘real’ and organic to me.
I remember the thread about the factory being almost out of old green and not wanting to order another huge batch, but maybe if there was enough demand… maybe as limited editions like they resurrected brown…

Oh, I forgot about that page now that there’s a store. Thanks. That doesn’t quite do it though. Not that Windstones EVER look bad (unless abused), but their official pics remind me of Glamor Shots. Never quite the same in person, regardless of how pretty the subject is, y’know? Is it just me?
