Maybe that is too mean? She did pay… just waaaaaay late and never communicated…. Hmmmm… im still dilemma’d… im gonna make that a word.
maybe she or her husband are having health issues like some here?? If she fianlly paid I would send it and call it a day. Some times life happens and you can’t control it
January 4, 2008 at 10:59 pm #647187Well, since they have paid, I would send it then leave negative feedback. They have done this to other sellers by their feedback.

Yeah, I would buy that except that she lied about not being on line when she left feedback for others on three dates during this time. Either that, or her husband did, but thats kinda hard to do when he is in the hospital, right?
January 4, 2008 at 11:58 pm #647189Some hospitals do have internet access for patients. Still if that where the case I would think they would at least send you a message letting you know what was going on. I mean they did leave feedback in the time frame they where supposed to be hospitalized. Wouldn’t it make sense to send you a message as well?
January 5, 2008 at 9:34 am #647190Yup. I dont mind them not paying on time so much as not communicating w/me.
January 5, 2008 at 4:23 pm #647191Maybe neutral feedback would be more appropriate. She paid, so that’s good. You just weren’t happy with the timeliness or method of her payment. I wouldn’t worry about the lying thing… it’s hard to prove what really happened, even if it was a sloppy lie. I have the same problem with students, but I don’t fail them for lying to me. I don’t know what they’re going through in their lives, and it’s really none of my business.
Personally, I’d send her the griffin, give her neutral feedback and block her from bidding on future auctions.

I agree- this seems like the most sensible solution to me. 🙂

Sounds good to me too
I did not know you could block one person from your auctions thoughJanuary 5, 2008 at 6:57 pm #647194Dragon Master wrote:I did not know you could block one person from your auctions though
Yep. I’ve used it one several people who won auctions with me and never paid or contacted me. You can also block people with zero or negative feedback. I don’t think I have zero blocked, but I do know I have eBayers with negative feedback blocked (meaning they have more negative than positive feedback so their number is literally a negative number).

I did ot know you could block one person from your auctions though Oh mos def. I have blocked a few bidders.I think that this is sensible. Maybe I should ship it in the same timely manner in which she paid. 😆
Ok, that was just spite. I will ship it out to her on Monday and leave neutral feedback.
January 5, 2008 at 10:25 pm #647196at least this way it’s a done deal. Life does take over some time and your priorities get all shifted out of line. We have all had that happen in real life. I have alomost left the Forum a few times due to things in real life but I have always come back
