Im glad yours ended well. I hope mine does as well. I would not feel good about giving her a neutral. She didnt do anything right as the buyer besides pay… eventually. I think she lied, she def paid late, she had poor communication, and she didnt do instant payment like she said she was gonna. I think she did Echeck so the funds would clear right around the first, when most folks get paid. 😕

Hmm it sounds like she was lying about not being online. That really sucks if she is and made up excuses so you would feel sorry for her and give her a break. If you really feel you don’t want to sell her the griffin then I wouldn’t.
I got a message from either her or her husband asking me to close the dispute. I asked them why they lied about not being on line and why they didnt do instant transfer. I think I will wait for a response and make a descision from there.
You aren’t the only that had problems with 3boydragons. They won the Barred Wing Wolf Male Griffin #1 and then never paid for it or called about it. They got negative feedback from Windstone.
Wow! I guess I really dodged a bullet when she bought my extra black violet crouching chick. I obviously got lucky and Im sorry, Ski, for what youre dealing with and think youre handling it well. And, cant believe she did that to Windstone on a special piece and they had to neg her. Perhaps she should be selectively blocked after the Windstone debaucle. But it seems this shmoes loss is DDVM’s gain! So, YAY in the end case 😀If I was you since She had time to leave feedback for others but chose to ignore your messages, she lied and keeps on doing differently from what she says she will do, I would not close the dispute at all but wait until the payment has cleared. I had a seller that left me in the dust once I close the dispute. I could not do anything after that. So be careful. I bet you finaly got a responce from her only after you opened the dispute.?

No DDVM got the second chance offer on Barred Wing Wolf Male Griffin #1 since 3boydragons never responded to any of Windstones messages or sent payment.
They payment has cleared but the dispute is still open. I am thinking of refunding the payment and relisting the griffin. I have yet to receive the answer to my question, so if they dont answer by the time I get paid, I am gonna refund and send them the money back. Probably leave neg feedback, too.
Maybe that is too mean? She did pay… just waaaaaay late and never communicated…. Hmmmm… im still dilemma’d… im gonna make that a word.
I think it would be a pain to relist just to prove a point. But I’m mostly lazy 😆
I would give a negative feedback though. If it was that bad, I would want to warn other sellers.
