When I google ‘craigslist windstone’ looking for sculptures, I run across the ads posted for employment positions.
Found the listing…just wished I fit the bill…imagine being paid in Windstones…*sigh*

My familiy is getting set to move up to Cresent city that is 10 miles from the Organ boarder so I was curiouse to ask how your warehouse hunt is going. Well, it is going the way stuff usually goes for us; one step forward, two back. We have a building, maybe. The building is too small for us though, so that is a problem. Not many options up there. We are gonna move somehow though.

The company that I work for keeps growing. After we found a building across the street, it took us over a year to finalize things, then be able to move. By then, we’d almost outgrown the building. Now we have, and we’re looking to move again. At first we were looking at moving around the first of the year. Now we’ll have at least another year before we move again.
Moving is always a disruptive thing, no matter how much you plan it out. I hope your move goes smoothly. 🙂

September 14, 2007 at 9:25 pm #616514Is there a reason that you chose Oregon, rather than somewhere else in California?
September 14, 2007 at 9:27 pm #616515I’m guessing it’s because they already have a house in Oregon, but I don’t know why they bought it there to begin with 😕
September 14, 2007 at 9:37 pm #616516I thought she said it was the beauty of Oregon that drew them there

When we had the Alberti print line we spent allot of time driving up and down the West Coast delivering them to stores. We hunted for the best place to be, and Corvallis is pretty close to our ideal. However, we didn’t know how difficult it would be to move a business there when we bought our land. The city of Corvallis seems to discourage buisnesses from starting there. They are very anti growth.Ironically, this is one reason we love it.
We’ve given up trying to build on our land for now, so we are working on buying a building that is already there. It isn’t the right size… but I don’t care, just get me out of here!September 14, 2007 at 10:05 pm #616518Melody wrote:Tintaglia wrote:Is there a reason that you chose Oregon, rather than somewhere else in California?

I have no real desire to see CA but Oregon sounds pretty and green.
