I don’t know about the rest of you, but I’m feeling that it’s a little bit rude. Perhaps I’m being overly sensitive, but if one is going to make something public, one should just make it public. If it’s secret it should be secret. Going “I have a secret, but I’m not going to tell you about it” is a little bit third grade.
But as I said, perhaps I’m being overly sensitive to let that annoy me.
Maybe we’re better off not knowing…

I didn’t say that because I wanted to insult you or put you down.
I wanted to let you know how you’re coming across to some of us, because you didn’t seem to be aware that waving secrets at people can get annoying. And saying that you’re somehow saving my sanity by not talking about this? That’s just… irking. My sanity has survived MUCH rougher things than anybody could possibly tell me through text. Saying something like that implies that I, and the rest of us here, are such fragile people that we’d be driven insane by something that hasn’t driven you insane. Which is insulting to the entire forum. I know you didn’t say it in order to be insulting. (Or at least I hope you didn’t!)
Maybe I shouldn’t have said anything, but it goes against my nature to just ignore something like that. I’d rather let you know that it’s bothered me and hope some sort of understanding can be reached, than just go on silently being irritated at you, and you never even knowing that you’re doing something that annoys people.
