Today is my/our 22nd wedding anniversary! I’ve now been married for as long as I was single… We had a nice trip to Las Vegas to celebrate. Did the Shark Reef and sight seeing the day we arrived. Met my brother the next morning for breakfast (he was there on business) explored Paris Las Vegas then hit the Hilton for the Star Trek Experience (yes, we’re die hard Trekkies 🙄 😆 ) were there all day and had dinner at Quarks’. The Star Trek Convention hit town the next day so there were lots of folk visiting in costume. The boys got their pix taken with lots of different characters and were tickled when the Klingon asked them if they were ‘cloned in a lab’ and they could answer ‘yes!’ 😆 Wednesday we headed to Hoover Dam and took the dam tour (and yes, the boys are still giggling over that play on words… 😆 ) It was 120 F that day 😯 then headed back to Vegas to catch the Phantom of the Opera. If you ever have the chance to see that production, do… It’s a fabulous spectacle! Did more shopping and exploring and headed home. Got home late-ish friday with enough time to get the cats out of hock (they were being boarded 😀 ) and fall into bed. My feet ache clear up to my eyeballs and I’m glad to be home, but it was a great trip!

I’d like to go to Vegas just to see the Cirqu du Soleil shows – I’m a huge fan. But I’m totally jealous over the Star Trek stuff – also a Trekkie!
Happy Anniversary! I’m glad you all had such a great time! If you’re really sore, try soaking yourself in some bubble bath; it’ll work wonders! 😉

I’m a sucker for the original series and so is Roddy… (go figure 🙄 😆 ) but I really like TNG and Voyager *what I wouldn’t give to look like 7 of 9 😳 😆 😆 * Ethan’s favorite is Voyager and Sean is partial to Deep Space Nine.
We thought the ‘created in a lab question’ was hysterical ’cause they really were! We started the pregnancy with 4 babies… I miscarried 2 early on and hung onto me boyohs (couldn’t you just see me with 4 12 year old boys 😯 😯 😯 )

My husband and I are going on 19 years together, 16 of them married come January.
Wow, so surprised I haven’t killed him yet! LOL!
Anyway…so far, so good.
We need to get together and plan a trip to the zoo soon…school will be starting soon!
