Well, Windstones in general are pricey, even the regular production sculpts and colors. Collectors who sell generally want to make back as close to what they originally paid as they can, so they can’t really be blamed for not letting the pieces go cheaply. If you’re in the market for a less expensive Windstone dragon though, perhaps you could post a thread asking if anyone has a smaller sculpt like a hatching dragon for sale, or even a slightly damaged larger piece that would still look nice on display but be a little more within your price range. Just an idea 🙂 I find it quite useful when I want a new pretty to admire but also have to watch my pennies.
