Thank you I do not think I will EVER be able to afford another one. I did not think I was going to be abel to get this one but timing is EVERYTHING. At least now all my tax return and go towards these bills that I HATE!!

How do you know it’s someone from Windstone?? No one would profit from a high bid except for Windstone and we know they would not try to drive the price up just for the fun of it. They are not like that. I would LOVE to know what the deal was. Their items always gets a fair price. It coudl also put them in jeopardy of being able to sell anymore on e-bay

“me” was the person who was asked to cancel the bid by the bidder, and that person would be someone on the seller’s end. Therefore, someone at Windstone. The bidder was probably not someone at Windstone.

The bidder had a really odd max bid: $1,234.56. It seems weird to me, but people have their different methods for bidding.

Well the folks at Windstone are the only ones with the authority to cancel bids on their own auctions. The bidder likely bid that high of his own device, and either wasn’t serious and felt bad or was serious but suddenly couldn’t afford it (lost job, new expense {car breaks down, house fire etc} or the like, and contacted Windstone to ask them to remove his bid. That’s why I say “me” is Windstone

well now I just learned more about e-bay. If you want to retract your bid you can if the seller is willing?? I did not know that. The bid does not sound strange to me since the first one sold for $1125. I guess they where thinking that top bid for this one would be about $1200 so they wanted to come in just above??
