Royal Blue and Silver
December 4, 2007 at 6:56 pm #642098Yellow eyes if it’s purple. Not red. If you threw royal blue, a deep purple, and silver together maybe? Then blue eyes. 😀 (You should ask for a set of those Dychoric (Yeah I’m sure I spelled it wrong) type eyes.) Hee hee 😀
December 4, 2007 at 7:14 pm #642099Peridot color if it was me…I loooooved your peridot pyo. Brilliant yellow eyes with him, maybe some violet interference over the green…preeeetty. 8)
December 4, 2007 at 7:26 pm #642100OK guys, I think that a rich deep bing cherry, with some blacks and deep purples, and a slight touch of emerald green. I do mean a DARK cherry…not like the ruby color but more like Merlot. Also instead of gold accents how about silver??? That would be crazy beautiful. blue eyes to help them pop and not blend with the body. and perhaps a green crystal to help it stand out from the deep colors of the paint. If you had green eyes that would be even better!
Ok now here is another question. I am looking for the wish list because my friend is selling off her collection and I want to know what everyone wants. Let me know.
Looking for White Dragons! Grail includes the White Secret Keeper!
December 4, 2007 at 7:37 pm #642101Maybe greys and blacks? I liked the petal dragon colors, too, and the wine dragon you did.
December 4, 2007 at 7:46 pm #642102I vote a deep purple or wine colour but I definitely would like to see silver accents instead of gold.
December 4, 2007 at 8:17 pm #642103The CopperFern dragon is browns, coppers, golds, and greens. Earthy colors. So I wanna do something different!
I am trying to steer clear of Red. Windstone is making a lot of Reddish dragons right now. So, I am leaning toward a purple or a green color scheme.

The Neptune Emperor had silver accents! I think they go best on cool colored dragons. The warm colored ones get gold.

My art: featherdust.comDecember 4, 2007 at 8:19 pm #642104I still think the peridot color scheme….but as a second suggestion, perhaps a “silver snow” scheme. Deep silver graduating to a pearly white with the silver accents folks are wanting…Maybe some interference layered over the silver and white to mimic snows reflective quality.
December 4, 2007 at 8:23 pm #642105Purpleish then… 😛
December 4, 2007 at 8:24 pm #642106I was thinking glacier colors, deep teals, aquas, sapphire. They’d go great with Purplecat’s snow colors.

seeing this on a larger scale…. WOW! 😯
Thats my 2 cents!
This would be a fantastic one to amp up to Emperor size! But I could also see the “wine” color scheme: something with a reddish purple instead of the bluish purple on the PYO. Reddish purple for a base, shading to a slightly blued red in one direction and maybe for the other direction shade it to that deep Bing red-purple that’s almost black. Gold would look fantastic with this. Eye color, yeek, I’m not so good with those but it would have to be something strong; bright yellow (not straw)? You could also include something like the pearly lavender on the PYO, red-shifted, with gold interference over it. Maybe some green interference in places. Hmm. Aah, I know I could never pull something like this off, but I bet you could! 😀

That’s just what I was thinking – something interesting in white with maybe silver….It’s difficult to do an interesting white color scheme without it being too blah and monochromatic, but white can be VERY pretty when done well…
And Ski’s suggestion of black was also on my mind. Same as white – hard to make it interesting, but great when done well.
Purple would be pretty cool, as we havn’t really seen any purple Windstones…Some people say the peacock is purple, but I really think the peacock is mainly blue.
Green would also be very nice. Who the heck gets tired of green dragons??

I’m having browser problems. Which one is this?? I’m getting a griffin which is obviously wrong.
Can you point it out on this page?
