Right, those are great security measures… but we cannot upgrade the current forum to implement them. Windstone is working on a new forum and site as we speak to circumvent spammers.
For now I must manually check new accounts every time I log in and delete the spammers. Sometimes I miss them for an hour or two as I do other things in life… :/

My art: featherdust.comIt’s definitely disappointing to come on the forum and see that spammers are even interrupting our forum. I agree that there needs to be a new policy to become a member. Nothing too strenuous, just enough to discourage spammers

I agree. Unfortunately there is no way to impliment any new anti-spam measures with the current forum. Windstone is creating a new forum right now that should be launched this month. Thank you for your patience with us as we work to get this fixed. I know it is frustrating and I am trying very hard to get them before they can post.
