πŸ˜† That was cute. I’m glad you put the mouse outside. I always try to save any that come indoors, as well. πŸ˜€

I’m clad you let it loose. I do not like to kill things even spiders I catch them and let them lose outside

I just hope that it doesn’t deside to come back in… I doubt it though since the cats are in the house… lol

Our cat, Abby, wasn’t a good mouser. She would run out of whatever room the mouse happened to be in. Her running and hidding from the mouse scared the boys (they were barely three) I found them standing on the kitchen table shrieking ” a rap, a rap!” and trying to climb up each other. Meanwhile, the cat was swarming up my leg and torso to hide in my hair. Took forever to calm all three of them down πŸ™„ πŸ˜†

I don’t know about that… In my parent’s house, they had a laundry room. The house’s heating unit was in there and there was a hole for the pipes nearby that led to the crawl space underneath the house. They kept the litter box in that room, as well as bowls of water and dry cat food. The mice used to come up through the hole and steal the cats’ food. πŸ˜†
