accessing messages?

I’ve looked for a button or something and through the various drop down menus but haven’t figured it out. How exactly do you check messages now?? I’m trying to get a hold of someone so I can get their address and can ship them their scratcher box that they were kind enough to let me borrow, but I don’t know how to even check the messages to see if I got a reply :~

Click on My account – you’ll have a tab for messages there, and if you have a new one, it says (1 new) or something to that effect.
