He has a sweater on because that was the ony solution my vet had. With the arthritis in his rear he has trouble getting up and down (even with the Rimadyl), therefore, he was pushing himself up and sliding down on his front legs which resulted in scrapes and sores on his front legs making him hobble around and the vet felt a band around those areas wouldn’t work because he would push it off and that is why the sweater.

Oh, I’m sorry. I didn’t realize it was due to a medical condition. He’s doing better now, though, right?
