A few years ago my co-worker gave me a plastic zip lock bag with 4 polished stones in it along with a story I wanted to share here
A Story of the last Dragon and his tears:
Long long ago, a young orphan found herself lost and alone in a forest. It began to rain and she sought shelter in a cave. The cave was deep and very warm.
She walked to the end and there lived a huge dragon. The dragon told her not to be afraid and she realized she wasn’t. He told her how dragons were created before the dawn of time. They could never harm a human. They were made to help and protect humans, but humans where so afraid of their fearsome forms that they hunted them down until one was left.
He said that one day they would come for him too. the little girl vowed in her heart that when they came she would defend the dragon herself. They lived together for many years. The dragon teaching and tending to the girl’s needs. The girl scratching the hard to reach places on his scaly back and reading stories to him from the mounds of scrolls in the dragon’s cave.
And then, one day, men came. The girl tried to reason with them and raised a sword against them, to no avail. As the dragon died, he told the little girl how proud he was of her and how he would miss her and they cried. A dragon had never cried before, a dragon would never cry again and all his tears rolled down his scales and became beautiful jewels at the girls feet.
She was taken to live in the castle of a King. There she lived and grew and taught her people the wisdom of the dragon
I have been wanting to share this story for a long time I hope you enjoy it. I did except for the slaying of the dragon part

February 10, 2007 at 6:23 pm #537805What kind of stones were you given as the “dragon’s tears”?

February 10, 2007 at 7:02 pm #537807there are 4 stones, 2 dark blue ones a very light blue and one that looks white. I would say they would be polished glass by the way they look to me.I wish I knew how to post pics I could try to post what they look like. But because of the story they are jewels to me. They are about 1/2″ across and about a 1/4″ high and very pretty

February 10, 2007 at 8:24 pm #537812well I also have to figure out how to down load pics. I had a friend help me with loading in my Show your Windstone pics. I’m not sure I will be able to figure out, AKA remember how to post on my own. I need to post pics of my new baby when I get her on the 26th also

Its pretty simple. After you log into the account, just click the “browse” button to find the picture you want to upload, and then click the “upload” button.
