how is it painting on his scales ( and the male dragon) with the brush since they have less texture then the emperor dragon?? oh i wish i could see him up close! one of these days i just need to get a dragon painted by you nam!

I like where you’re going with this guy. 😯 😀 And while he does look odd without his horns, I guess it’s reasonable that a dragon would drop them during the painting season. 😉 (Thank you for putting the eye in for the photo, though. Some things I’d rather he didn’t drop!)

Wow~ I loved the Copper Fern Emperor. This is gonna be one amazing OW! I agree with the consensus that he’ll go for a pretty penny. =)

It’s really hard to do. The Male dragon was a bit better… the big smooth scales on these big guys are really difficult.

the painted parts looks good so far. is the paint wanting to spread out unevenly over the large smooth scales?

I do have a quick question tho… will you be painting any more Emperors ❓ NO RUSH cause I have to save up for one…but I have to get one… 😀
