Those are great pics, eaglefeather. Congrats. π
February 4, 2008 at 9:22 pm #661495Wow, I didn’t realize the good quality of these, so I am glad they turned out well! Thanks for all of your compliments!! π It is so neat because now I can imagine what she is like in the womb. They even gave me a DVD of the whole ultrasound experience, so I have looked back on it a couple of times! They even did a 3D shot of her girly parts!! haha! I wish I knew how to transfer a copy of the DVD to youtube, or something.
February 5, 2008 at 2:12 am #661496If you look really closely in the 4th photo, you can see something very special and very specific the windstone addiction chromosome π
Congratulations on The Cuteness! Cant wait to see her wrinkles in person (via newborn pix). Thanks for sharing such a private part of your life with us!
Big hugs, mental chocolate, lots of pink, lavender and yellow bows, ribbons and confetti and a shot (drink) for the good ole stork!

Haha, another Windstone addict…yep, you might be right! π I love all of the mental images you sent me. Great combinations!
February 5, 2008 at 9:59 pm #661498I guess I should have added a playful punch in the arm to the proud papa saying, “good on ya mate!” π After all, it takes 2… π

Haha-couldn’t have done it without him! π
February 7, 2008 at 12:19 am #661500That is awesome!!! The quality of these kind of pics has come SOoooo far in the past few years. She’s beautiful!!!! π
February 7, 2008 at 12:39 am #661501Awww I love your 3d pics, what a cute little face π I wish mine looked as good but they did mine at 18 weeks so she looks like a “zombie baby” as the ultrasound tech put it. They still don’t have any fat on them then so they look funny. I bet you can’t wait till the baby is here, just remember to get some sleep now because you wont get any after the baby is born. π

Advice well taken!! I wish you could have gotten yours done a little later so she’d have some fat on her. Thanks so much! π
February 7, 2008 at 1:08 am #661503I had an ultrasound around 28 weeks but they couldn’t get any pictures because she never would hold still for the tech. It didn’t help that they kept poking her with the ultrasound wand to try and get her to move so they could get a good look at her face and heart. She got mad and poked them back which I thought was funny. Oh if you have a stethescope (it doesn’t have to be an expensive one) you can hear the babies heartbeat. I think I was able to her Alyssa’s around 32 weeks. Every time I would get paranoid that she didn’t move around enough I would listen for her heartbeat. Its also neat for hubby to hear it as well.

Haha, the fact that Alyssa poked them back means that she might have a “don’t push me around” type of personality!
KC and I don’t have a stethescope, but we do have a Bebe prenatal heart listner, but we can’t find the heartbeat yet. We can hear her kicking though. Would a stethescope be more effective? -
