I know what you men. I want to try to take a new photo. This weekend I will be up in oregon, so I am hoping to see some wildlife. other wise it will be a kitty shot most likely. What animals do you have out where you live?
Well we have deers (that are in hiding ever since the hunting season), all kinds of ducks (mostly in spring), muskrats, coyotes and wolves (rarely seen), bears (more common if you go up the mountains), and apparently a cougar that was spotted a couple of times and reported to the local wildlife conservation center. 😀 Boy I hope I see it one day…I just hope I won’t be his pray! 😯
Oh you have a veriety! that is so cool. I got cats….and well cats. some times a racoon, and rarely a oposum. I have to drive a hundred miles or so to see mroe wild animals.

😯 Oops I forgot the racoon friends…they will never forgive me for this! 🙄 I can see them not plotting to do something unforgetable so I’ll remember them in the future…

ROFL. we leave the door open so the feral black cat can come in nd eat, and for a while, two racoons would come in the house to eat!(not really a good thing…so I chased them out and sprayed them with the hose)

😆 I would run after them with the broom and no sooner would I get in the house and close the door …there they were at the edge of the deck climbing the steps 😡 If only they did not make a nest in the attic that year everything would have been fine with me.November 30, 2007 at 4:21 am #640487Around here (IF you know where to go to find them) we have deer (mule deer and white tail deer), turkey, ducks, geese, prarie dogs, horese, cows, squirels, coyotes and a few birds… other than that I have my kitties!
November 30, 2007 at 5:59 am #640488I like pics of insects… Is there a good reason they should be excluded? They take such pretty pics… I guess two weeks to submit photos then ten days for voting? Two weeks will start on Monday the 3rd? Is that good GB? Nam? Pics get emailed to GB.
November 30, 2007 at 6:27 am #64048914 days to submit is good. The last day for sending in your photo is December 14, 2007. (Makes it easy to remember.)
I will then put up a poll, limited to run 10 days.
Jasmine brought up a good point though, with the copyright info. 😕 Emerald already copyrighted hers. Maybe we should just leave it out, or only put down “copyright” but not by whom?November 30, 2007 at 6:59 am #640490Good idea. If you want to copywrite your photo at all, maybe just use a symbol or something?

As far as I know insects are not animals. 😉
I won’t be participating, so I am willing to give my (completely unprofessional) opinion, if you like…. Don’t get mad if I say I like them all, though. 😉

Please…I’m having trouble enough choosing…Don’t include insects because then it will be a nightmare!

😆 Ahhh! I see the dilemma! Sorry, though… I think its Kiosii that takes the great bug pictures and I dont want to limit the creativity 😆
November 30, 2007 at 4:04 pm #640496This time we can exclude bugs, and next time it could be the theme of bugs. Do you want me to send you a new photo, GB? Without the name?
December 1, 2007 at 2:13 am #640497most likely I will not be entering any bugs….
