It should be 9:30 for Windstone test paint auctions that started before the change to Daylight Saving time and then revert to 8:30. At one time ebay didn’t adjust auctions when the time changed but (fortunately) now they do.

In other words … a three-day auction, like those for Windstone test paints, is 72 hours long. Ebay makes any necessary adjustments so that the auctions last 72 hours even if we start or end Daylight Saving time.
