That “Wild Troll” hatching peg definitely has a “don’t mess with me” look on his face. Maybe it is the camera angle, or maybe he just has a bad attitude.

Troll red >.>

I’m pretty sure it was a mix of bright iridescent bright gold, naphthol red medium, quinacridone crimson and iridescent orange. I was going for a padparadscha sapphire kind of color

I find myself very curious what a Hearth Dragon would look like painted in Smoldering Ember?

It is stunning on the Mother and Baby pegasus but I am not as sure about it on the Young Dragon.

All great paint jobs though!

I actually think I prefer the smoldering ember color scheme on dragons than on hoofers, but only by a little bit. The nature of the way the colors work together on the dragons reminds me of coal doused in water. Really neat!
