I numbered the pages wrong.
When you save all of your working pages as files -and have them all saved in order of page number -and have hundreds of pages, a numbering mistake is nearly impossible to fix. You’d have to go through and rename every file on every computer and hard drive. There have been many page numbering mistakes with this “book”, but I really can’t figure out how I managed to leave a page number out completely.
