This is White Rock Beach. It’s near my house. Only a bit of a walk from where my youngest will be going to high school in a few years. 🙂 just wanna be closer to the water.
I would be living on a small private island with a freshwater spring and in the rain zone down in the Keys or in Hawaii or somewhere tropical, with a small CBS house built to catch the breezes. No neighbors! But lots of vegetation.

Not currently open for PYO commissions.Maybe it will also goes that way, of perhaps more unique and green living houses. I would prefer in the heart of untouched forest with some natural ambiance of environment. Incorporating quality products such as some used but working home improvement materials would also make a great sense.
