If your package hasn’t arrived on the day the USPS said it would arrive, please do not be surprised. We are getting a lot of such comments. Priority Mail and UPS Ground services are not guaranteed right now. The USPS Priority Mail tracking number should be attached to your paypal payment, UPS tracking numbers are emailed to you by UPS as “quantum ship” notifications. If a package has been delayed, I’m afraid there isn’t anything that we can do to make it get there faster, we all just have to wait. It is very rare for a package to disappear – but sometimes they take detours or weather holds them up. I’ll be hoping that everything arrives promptly, however if it doesn’t, keep in mind that you have something to look forward to for New Year’s!
