      The shipping of the Grab Bag Young Poad and PYO Hippocampus orders received beginning December 17th is going to take us a while. All orders have received a status of “processing” however that does not mean the order is going out immediately – we will ship as many as possible each day (and we are closed during the weekend) – please don’t get too excited about that “processing” email – your order may not leave our door until after Christmas. We’ll get this done as quickly as we can.

      Those who have received a status email of “complete” – that means your order has shipped out. If it went USPS Priority Mail, the tracking number is attached to your paypal payment, if it went UPS, you should have a Quantum Ship Notification email from UPS.

      Thank you so much to all of the people who wished me a quickly healed finger (yes, its getting better!). I appreciate your kind thoughts! :love:

        Actually I would rather my purchase be sent out after Christmas 😉 The mail volumes are so high at the moment that the amount of damaged parcels has also risen. It is just bound to happen with so many parcels trying to be processed at once, things get crushed in the congestion….

        So if you can, please dont send mine out anytime soon, LOL! 😀

        And I also hope your finger is on the mend, just take it easy and enjoy Christmas !

            Most of them will not arrive until after Christmas. We still packing up orders from December 17th today, December 21st… we have a lot of packages to ship! Also, the Post Office (USPS) seems pretty well swamped. I don’t think their packages are traveling as fast as they would like them to.

              Thanks for the update Susie! Have the 1 per person limit been lifted? I didn’t notice it anymore on their listings. (*Finger’s crossed!!*)

                Yes, the one per customer limit has been lifted.

                If you ask us to combine your first order with a 2nd order we probably won’t be able to do it, we can try, but don’t count on it. The two orders may not meet up with each other in the works.
