So sorry to bug but is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with getting things to load? The whole site is really, really slow and I keep getting kicked out or I get “accessed denied” messages. Help please??? Thanks

The access denied issue is probably fixed, but let us know directly if it isn’t. The site should not be loading slowly. Is anyone else having this problem?
I have had a really hard time getting any pages to load from this site. It’s been incredibly slow for me. Also a few times it has asked me to log in and then said to check that javascript was enabled or log in again to make sure I am not a spam bot or something like that. It has said that to me about 4 times in the last few days and made me log in twice.
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
So far this morning the site seems to be loading at reasonable speeds for me. Pings are on average (for me) with other sites hosted on the west coast.

I got a little nervous when the calculating bar for shipping went a little longer than I consider normal, but it really wasn’t that long – maybe 10 seconds. But while other people have been having issues with slowly loading pages or getting an “access denied” message over the last few days, I have had no problems.

Checking out yesterday and today – it kept asking for my province, even though it was already filled in. It also took whar seemed like forever to calculate shipping.

When I placed my order yesterday. Everything went smooth, until I clicked on the shipping quote. It took 12 minutes before it showed the quotes.
We are looking into the slow shipping calculations – anyone else had that problem?
Yes, though not nearly as long as lorbailey had to wait. More like a minute or two.
The slowness during the calculating of shipping has something to do with our connection to UPS to get their quotation. We are not sure if its us or if its them. Maybe UPS has “updated” something that made it slower than before and maybe they will fix things and it will speed up again (we can hope!). Right now it seems to take about a minute to calculate shipping. Please be patient with us while we try to get this sorted out!
