Our Windstone Editions website may be down for a while on Thursday March 5, 2015 for technical stuff. I thought I’d warn you here that we plan to do some technical maintenance-type stuff to the website tomorrow so it will probably go down for a bit. Hopefully not too long and hopefully it will have a little message telling you something, and not just disappear. But if it does, it will reappear! Then of course, if anything is wonky, please let us know. 🙂

I reset the internet connection and I am not sure where to go from there. I get the website on my desktop to come up after the updates but I still get the notice that the website is offline on the I PAD. This is probably an easy fix but technology and I do not get along. Any help would be appreciated.
I do like the change with the number of pieces in stock, instead of saying more than ten it gives an actual number. We can see exactly how many is left. I didn’t realize there was so little tadpoads left, might have to grab another one. 😀

Is there any chance of bringing back the thumbnail images in the classified ads? It just makes it a bit easier to browse. If not, I’ll live.

I still get the thumbnails. If you choose for sale and or trade then choose a category you still get thumbnails. But if you don’t choose a category its just listed with no thumbnails.
I also hope that they bring the thumbnails back. I liked it that all you had to click was for sale or for trade and all the thumbnails were there. But I do like in the shop section that it tells you how many are there now!
I agree, the old Classifieds was way better (IMO), I ran into many things that caught my interest by simply browsing the trade/sale ad thumbnails that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to go look at…
But I’m happy to see actual counts back on the shop! It helps me prioritize my orders when low on funds… “More than 10” only told me there was at least 11… seeing 66 Bat Eared foxes and 28 Ivory wolves, tells me maybe I should buy an Ivory wolf before a Bat Eared fox, if I want one… sometimes when things got to “10 in stock” they vanished pretty quick, within minutes of the GB Arctics hitting the 10 mark, they were gone.. I was lucky to see them before they disappeared that time, wasn’t so lucky with the GB WolvesAlso, the site is running quite slow for me as well…

I noticed that also. Makes it harder to use the classifieds without being able to see the thumbnails.

I see what you mean… then you can also sort by expiry date.
But I’ve never browsed by category because most of the time, I’m not looking for anything in particular; I look at the thumbnails, and if something comes up that I like, then I check out the ad.
