This morning, my cat Ron passed away. Today I couldn’t do any work. My mind and heart weren’t there. Instead I did this. I will get back to work tomorrow, today this needed to be done. It has been a long time since I posted here, but I wanted to share.

(I also, well, I haven’t been keeping up with Windstone news in a long time, but are there any plans for a shorthair PYO flapcat? My husband cat died last year, and I want to make him one for her, but this sculpt just won’t work.)

Sorry to hear about your kitty! Did you paint this whole thing today? It is very nice and such a sweet memorial for your cat!

aw, I’m sorry Spark – he looks great.

Yes, there are plans for a short-haired flap cat, but like most things, the “when” has yet to be determined.

My sympathies on Ron’s passing. It’s never easy to lose one of your babies. This is a lovely tribute to him. And yes, there are plans for a shorthair PYO flapcat. Not sure when they will be out, but I haven’t heard any news on that sculpt being canceled or anything.

I did paint it all yesterday, yeah. Didn’t do much of anything else.
