I thought it best to move this particular post out of the Windstone Store Discussion, White Secret Keeper, folder/thread. Plus I’m appealing to my, ‘must be organized’ gene and like the idea of all of these in one kewl post.
Oh that’s not a bad idea… you know I gotta say it even though it will never happen…. red eye black grands! Boo yea! LOL!
Never say NEVER! I’m sure you all saw these back in 2011, but in case you missed them, compliments of Patricia Smith and the Hades collection:
I have nothing but the below in the Pegasus family.
No idea if he was the only one or that it was the only one they recorded/kept a photo of.
Same with the Griffins below. I appear to have no record/copy of the Momma Griffin. :-<
And in keeping with the theme. Did someone say ZOMBIES??

Love LOVE love the Hades Collection ! Ohhh, and the Zombie style, white eyes! Sweet ! Gives me more ideas for PYO’s 😀
For the recent “Grand Unicorns with Red Eyes” discussion, I was thinking of regular red eyes (or orange eyes) with pupils – like the guinea pig and griffins- rather than Hades eyes. I think that drag0nfeathers was too.

All of the Hades were eBay specials (except the ruby eyed vampire bats that you can get through the store).
The majority of my collection are creepy Windstones, but Hades was one I was never able to nab. I would LOVE for Melody to do a GB batch of zombie unicorns to celebrate Halloween! How cool would that be!?

and my absolute favorite, makes me smile every time I look at him, Hades Rising Spectral. 🙂
There are also a few Grab Bag baby unicorns that have Hades eyes, and at least one with zombie eyes, but they are not really Hades pieces.
Grab Bag Zombicorn!! There was also at least one other GB zombicorn that was black with silver leaves on its back.

Those zombiecorns are just freaky deaky to look at. It’s the milky white eyes for sure.
I can so see the Hades collection all together and lit up with some candles in a dark room. The flicker of the candlelight bouncing off their blackened bodies and flashing in their red eyes. OoooEeeeeOooooo

WOWOWOW. I would loveloveLOVE to see zombies or hades themed anything out for halloween, most especially the baby zombie unicorn, that baby Hades kirin, and that Hades curlie. Those were just STUNNING. (and I was already digging them before, my goodness.)
