It’s not something I can afford at the moment, but I’m looking into commissioning someone for HUMANOID plush or two. Anyone know of a skilled plush maker (or whatever the correct title is)? It seems like most of the artisans I’ve found only make animals or they’re just not the style I’m looking for. :~
Firstly I’m not into MLP, but the skill level of this example is what I’m looking for.
Oh man, I know sooo many animal plush makers, but I can’t think of a single person who does humans. I’d check deviantART’s search engine if I were you, usually it brings up lots of good stuff. That or Etsy. 🙂

As far as people on the forum, SPark is excellent with plushie work!! She’s done some awesome MLP similar to the one shown (not that she does only that) and also other animals as well and is familiar with anthro styles as well. She made a griffin that was AMAZING!

WhiteDove has been sewing plush for about 30 years, I believe. She’s another MLP artist, but she does a lot of other dolls and plush as well, I think. After BronyCon (a MLP convention she’s attending to sell her stock) ring her up. I’m pretty sure she’ll take a commission.

There seem to be lots of crochet patterns for making Disney characters, if you know how to do that.
I don’t know how to crochet either. 🙁 Never too late to learn they say. 🙂 It might be impossible to find anything with the Disney characters I’m looking for. One of them is the character from my icon (Puck from Gargoyles.) The other I’d like is a character called, Lord Oberon. Both are minor characters from a 90’s Disney cartoon show.
I did find this however that’s kind of cute. This person is on etsy too, but I don’t think commissions are open at this time. I could see this hanging from my car mirror. Not too expensive I guess. Something like might this would work for me, but also I would also like something that’s not so simplistic like the following example.
