My little lady arrived today. She’s a bit more tropical than I usually go for, but she is lovely all the same. No eye-spots but the feathers are lovely. If she tickles your fancy and you want to trade shoot me a pm.

Evidently, cats LOVE “love fuzzys” too! I didn’t see my “love fuzzy” & thought maybe it was forgoten, but then busted my cat playing with it. She had waited until I was busy photographing my tadpoads to snatch it away.
I love the green one with the red/pinkish tuft that you got lysithian! So pretty.
Congrats mashubert! You got lots of super cute ones. I especially like the last blue one with the pink and yellow cheeks.

I got two of these guys today, first time I’ve gotten a tadpoad because I didn’t like the patterning on the first batch, and I am still not sure how I feel about them…
I feel like the tuft thing cheapens what is already a pretty cute sculpture. Chances are good that when I figure out which one/ones I am going to keep, I’ll be removing these and filling in the divet on the head. It just seems weird to me to add these synthetic fibers to a gypsum statue :/In any case, here are my guys. I am getting 2 more, and will be looking at trades for all of them unless I fall in love with one – I don’t have anything particular in mind for a trade, so if you like one, send me an offer 🙂

I’m still hoping that when mine get here, they will all be drastically different from each other. But I really like the way yours look together. Kind of like they’re a family. And the toes (nails?) on the green one are super cute.
Got mine today. I wish the colors showed up better. The one on the left goes from black to deep purple, pale blue feathers that fade to white and then to gold on her head (which doesn’t show up well at all). I think the eyes are periwinkle. The one on the right has shades of green/blue green, then goes from yellow to orange to red up the back. This one has light blue eyes. I really like both of them, but I might be tempted to trade the one on the right. Feather Butt is here to stay. 🙂
