Hi there!
I’m new to the forums and have been a fan of Windstone Editions for years, though I only have one. I admired them as a child, and am now at a point where I am able to add a few dragons to my home, though by now most of the colors I liked are retired.
I’m currently a (nontraditional) pre-veterinary/vet science student and peer tutor. Obviously I have a great love for animals (especially foxes and wolves), but I also am dragon lover and have great interest in mythological creatures.
I joined the forums to meet other fans as well as educated myself a bit more before I try and adopt some dragons — I’m mostly interested in the red ones, though I’m sure I’ll branch out for colors.
Either way, I look forward to participating and learning more about these beautiful pieces of art!

That is my concern — I know once I get started I may have to curb my adoptions! I’m going to try to only focus on a few dragons (though the foxes might be an exception!), though we’ll see!

A ruby lap. 🙂 Fire or ruby is what I wanted for my first, but I hope to eventually get a fire along with maybe a few others. I remember seeing lap and mother dragons most often while I was growing up behind glass cases in some shops, so those are probably the two sculpts I am most fond of.

Congrats on the ruby lap dragon! I acquired one for myself a little while ago and I love her. I think it’s the sculpt that looks most beautiful in the ruby color.
