Hey everyone!~ I am somewhat new to the forums and just thought id post my most recent ceramics project since its dragon related and whatnot and i am rather proud of the coloring XD
and I am all about new friends let me know what you think
he a lantern and a box !
the head comes apart to put a candle in and the back opens up into a box.Its not the best picture ever because the glazes are pretty glossy…. XD

The pictures can be tricky to post but if you post the link to a photo from say photobucket or a website where they are hosted if you put this in front of the link

That is a very cute dragon lantern that you have done!! I really love the glaze colors on it and I bet it will look fantastic with the candle in!! Bravo and you should be proud of the coloring and it is so very textured!! I had to laugh because the pose reminds me of my goofy great dane Diesel when he did that ready to pounce and play! Thanks for that moment of smiles, miss my dog immensely and you brought a great memory to me with this dragon pose! Welcome to the forum by the way :waves: 🙂

Thank you melody! I do too this was my first semester taking it and it was so relaxing since I paired with intense classes. Its nice to actually get a response from you 🙂 made my day. Not many companies give a rats nowadays.
That’s a cool dragon! I used to do a ton of ceramics when I was younger and loved it too.
