September 26, 2013 at 11:58 pm #903264Ah TDM. I figured it was getting about time for first snow in your area. 🙂 Watching the leaves turning here in northern NY. 🙂

Happy first snowfall! We should be seeing ours in the next couple of weeks, the mountains already have snow!
September 27, 2013 at 9:18 am #903295Yep, snowfall around here usually first takes place around early or mid October at the latest, but just a little bit to start with (and then sometimes waits a while to snow again)…
We’ve had a ton of rain though. Colorado likes to rain during the summertime- especially towards the beginning & end- and doesn’t really rain during the winter (only snow)… And the weather switches so freakin’ much! Nice sunshine and then boom, it’s storming!
I’m from California and I say Colorado is WEIRD.Formerly had the Batman & Joker avatar!
September 27, 2013 at 10:31 am #903297Already? We sometimes get snow for Halloween or before then in Alberta but I hope it waits a while! Good thing I am moving next week and not waiting another month! I am not a fan of the cold!
Looking for rainbow or pink & teal grab bags!
September 27, 2013 at 11:19 pm #903335Got a little more today and what’s weird is to see it on the peaches, pears, corn, etc. that hasn’t been harvested yet and we’ve still got plenty of flowers blooming – roses, marigolds, snapdragons (monster flowers as me boyohs used to call ‘ em), azaleas, pansies… Trees are still mostly green but are starting to turn in the mountains and Mt. Timpanogos has had her head in the clouds… Sean’s cross country meet today required spikes as the course was muddy and slick. Tonight the team carries in a huge American flag for the football game – they are the only team big enough to handle the job (it’s a really BIG flag…) By Sunday the weather warms back up to mid 70’s…
