I was shopping around at a local dealer and picked up a couple of green eyed griffin chicks thinking they were the old brown wolf motif. After bringing them home and comparing them to pictures online, they are definately painted in the new silver wolf scheme. Just curious if any green eyed silver wolf chicks were produced or if I am just imagining things. If so, were there any green eyed silver wolf parent griffins that were produced so I could get a matching set?

I don’t know about the babies, but a tiny batch of green eyed silver wolf males were released from the Windstone online store. It was an inbetween batch, as the color was evolving to the now official periwinkle eye silver wolves.

Here is a thread that talks about it a bit:

I have one of those rare silver wolf males with green eyes and gems. He is definitely silver when placed next to my female and chicks who are brown wolves. I don’t know if any silver wolf females were produced. You have a rare find Copperfan!

These are pretty bad photos but you can sort of see the difference in the colours.
