So, I am baffled and frustrated right now and wanted to see if anyone else had this problem and a solution.
I was getting ready to ship out a unicorn I’m trading. I had no issues with my transaction and everything went fine through purchase (my PayPal account has already been debited).
And my shipping label will NOT print. The printer is working and prints other things. I am using a computer I’ve printed labels on before. I updated Adobe Acrobat (just in case) and tried from several different browsers and computers with the same result.
When I click the “print label” button, it spins for a second, then stops without doing anything. The same thing happens if I “save as PDF”. It doesn’t matter if I do this from the check out screen or from my USPS account history – same result either place.
Please help me Windstone forum! You’re my only hope! LOL
January 28, 2013 at 2:48 am #892382That happened to me before. If it is printing other things, the only thing I can think of is do you have a pop up blocker on your browser? It won’t print if there is a pop up blocker so you have to go back on the paypal website and click to always allow pop ups from that site. The go to the details of your shipping label and click on reprint. Let me know if that works.

January 28, 2013 at 2:54 am #892383If it still doesn’t work, did you save it as a pdf and then try printing it that way? If it is a problem with the communication with your printer, which is what I had a problem with, you can save the pdf file on a usb drive and then take it to another computer with a printer and print it there. I had to take my usb drive to the library because I couldn’t get my printer working at all. I figured out later it’s because the printer was set up under the wrong printer port on my computer and I had to select a different port to get it to work again. But if your printer is working to print other things I would suspect it is a pop up blocker or security settings on your browser that won’t allow it to print. You can go into settings on any browser and check the security and pop up blocker settings and adjust them. Once you adjust the settings, just refresh the page and a window should pop up with the shipping label on it to print or click on the option to reprint the label and a window should pop up.

January 28, 2013 at 4:13 am #892386Maybe it isn’t printing because on Monday their prices go up.
No longer will we have to pay for delivery confirmation but they
are raising their prices to cover it. I believe that flat rate
will go up $1.00.January 28, 2013 at 9:59 am #892393That exact same thing happened to me recently, but the “save to PDF” worked and I could print it from there.
I think Pixie-Dust is probably right, their website might be funky while they raise everything right now. If you can’t get it to work for ya, you have 24 hours to go into your transaction history and you can cancel the label and get your money back (it takes several days to get it back, but it does come back eventually!). Sorry I can’t be of more help. 🙁January 28, 2013 at 5:54 pm #892401There are some problems with printing online shipping this weekend because they just changed the rates and online structure. Did it work for you?
