Hi. I am sorting out the orders for the Grab Bag Baby Unicorns from yesterday’s stampede. It’s going to take a while and very few will ship out today, just thought I’d give you a heads up on that.
If you emailed special instructions or about a problem while ordering, please be patient, I haven’t been able to address those yet. There were problems with the shopping cart when so many people were on our site all at once, pressing the refresh button over and over again (and if anyone ran an auto-refreshing program, that really messes it up). I strongly suspect that the store put an item in more than one shopping cart at the same time, resulting in items magically disappearing out of carts before their time was up. We will be looking into that problem.
When I restocked the little guys the shopping cart sent out 177 back in stock messages! And some people may have received those emails 7 different times, reflecting the 7 times it took me to get them into the store! We only have about 60 unicorns available. That means that there are approximately 100 people who wanted one and did not get it… 100 unhappy people! :(( I am so sorry! Melody says she’ll make another batch, which I hope people who got one from the 12/3/12 batch will not order from.
You sure sound like you had your hands full last night. I hope you were not badly injured by all those stampeding little hooves.
If I can say (and I hope no one throws anything at me for this) but anyone who managed to get one from this batch really shouldn’t even try for one from the next batch. Eveyone deserves a chance at ONE of thes pretties.

And, we suspect , once again, that the site was crashing from people running some kind of auto refresh programs. We are working on being able, in the future, to detect who is doing that so we can move their orders to the bottom of the pile, or just outright reject them.
I look forward to getting one from te next batch then and can wait as patiently as possible to see what gorgeous babies Melody come up with this time =) *rooting for a king cheetah pattern!*

I’m not complaining, since I didn’t need to spend the money right now anyway and it’s better that I wait for the second batch, but I just wanted to third this.
As a fellow collector everybody that got one this go-round would have my love and gratitude for not buying from the second batch so I can have a shot! Just my two cents. 😉
Well I did get one but not because of my running any kind of program seriously I am computer illerate! A handicaped computer operator you might say. But I do have one heck of a fast computer and internet provider this I have come to realize since getting this computer over a year ago. Was a time I couldn’t get anything in a grab bag or special release. I am sorry to those that did not get one and will not order from the next batch. Because I do know how that feels.
