As you may have noticed, when you put something in your shopping cart it stays there for 15 minutes. We have added a timer that shows up in the upper right of your screen that counts down the minutes – this way you can see how many minutes you have left in which to complete your purchase! Please let us know if anything strange (and unexpected) happens as a result of this addition.

Excellent!
November 1, 2012 at 8:55 pm #888177I can’t wait to test it!! 😀
November 8, 2012 at 1:04 am #888389Mine’s doing the same. I managed to capture a LP Adult, and the timer is still up there, and the dragon is still in my cart. I double-checked my Orders page though, and the order has already been placed.
Not sure if it takes the 15 minutes to clear out.
November 8, 2012 at 1:05 am #888388I bought an oriental in LP and paid for it, the order is all through and fine BUT the timer on the cart is still going and still says I have one in my cart. I’m not sure whether this means it will restock in the store once the timer runs out… that might be an issue! Things restocking when they aren’t in stock. Hopefully it’s just a glitch!
November 8, 2012 at 1:09 am #888392After you complete your order you can go back to your shopping cart and remove whatever is in it. That also removes/stops the clock.

Doesn’t that just put an extra whatever back into the store though?
November 8, 2012 at 1:18 am #888395I got the oriental and the timer stayed until I open my empty cart and it went away .

Apparently not. I wondered about that too, but they seem to have some way around it.

Phew! Okay then 🙂
November 8, 2012 at 1:38 am #888399Well, those are interesting observations! I’ll ask Lane about it.
November 8, 2012 at 5:54 pm #888430If something appears in your cart after you’ve purchased it, try refreshing your screen – it should go away because it’s not really still in there. If it doesn’t, let us know.
