Because the other Barn Swallow thread was super long, and because I think the Sun Dragon in Barn Swallow was/is AMAZING, I thought I’d make a new thread of squeaks for this color.
Melody, please oh please oh 0:)PLEEEASSSSEEE 0:) ask P.S. if she will paint another Sun dragon in Barn Swallow for ebay. I put in a crazy high bid on the last one (because I wanted him sooo badly) and it didn’t go through in time and I lost 🙁 The only thing is, if the next one could have more of that melon/peach color that is between the blues and yellows, and also more of the aqua color…like the lap dragon and rising spectral in Barn Swallow have.
Otherwise, he was amazing, and I’m still head over heels for that color. I know I’m not the only one who wanted him and missed the chance. Another lap dragon for ebay would be spectacular as well, but I’m more interested in the Sun Dragon.I really like the barn swallow color too. But since all of us mice who were squeeking got stuck in a glue trap during the last thread, I dont think anyone has much to say lol. But I do agree with you the teal/aqua definately adds to it and if more are done I think they would better with that added in =)
I’ll vote for the color in general, still. >.> I’ve no intention of fighting for one on eBay, but I’d love to see it in the store. =). And my interest in buying any Windstones has fallen dramatically, so…that’s saying quite a bit for my desire for the color.

Not to mention I’m personally kinda sick of the copper Patina (ducks for cover) and as much as I liked the BVP dragons, it’s still kinda more of the same thing offered in the dragon colors.
I really liked the Barn Swallow color because it’s a fresh change from what has been offered lately. This is no way a slight on Melody’s style either. I find that P.S. style is either a complete hit or a complete miss. The Glacier and Barn Swallow are two colors that I LOVE, but most of her other schemes leave me saying “meh”. And that is no slight against P.S. either ;).
I know that WS didn’t really like Barn Swallow, so that kinda knocked the winds out of my sails .There is no way I’d ever be able to afford any of these guys if they were eculsvely Ebay items. I know that I’m not the only one with this delemiha.
But whatever…I can still hope 🙂I, too, LOVE the Barn Swallow coloring, especially with the teal and light orange. Just a fabulous color scheme!!!!
