I went to my first Kangoo Jump class today and boy am I sore. In case you never heard of Kangoo Jumps they consist of bouncing boots that turn people into human kangroos. The boots are mini trampolines for the feet featuring a spring-loaded sole that allows people to run, jump, jog, dance etc. They are being used for dance classes and aerobics in some gyms. Believe me it is a hard-core workout.
I might add I had never heard of Kangoo Jumps until a couple of days ago when there was an article about them in the local paper. I signed up and now wonder if I should have had my head examined but I plan to go back next Saturday.
I only landed on my rear end once but that is because they also teach pole dancing and I was holding onto one of the poles while bouncing and kicking
