Even though I haven’t been as talkative as usual, I have still been lurking about. A few friends suggested I should still post my annual photos from Anime Boston which we just came back from this past weekend. I went with sib, as I usually do. This year in particular was probably not the best, but we still managed to have a good time despite costume malfunctions and creepy stalkers ^_^

http://www.sarahjestin.com/feedbacklists.htmJinya – Maka and Soul didn’t happen. : The wig I got was way too tight and the replacement I ordered decided not to ship until Monday AFTER the con (*grumble*). I’ll be working on the coat over the next two weeks, so Maka will be ready for the next con though. 🙂 Despite costume issues and delays on my part (drag0n was awesome for helping and not picking on me too much) we still had lots of fun and a pretty relaxing weekend.
I’m uploading my photos now, so I should have them up this afternoon. 🙂 I need to try and get a photo of me as Hatsuharu Sohma (Fruits Basket). 😛

I had Soul, but didn’t end up wearing him since I would be sort of all alone x.x Sib had some malfunctions with Maaka so we didn’t end up cosplaying them. Sort of sucky, but there is a ray of hope! I MIGHT go to Boston Comicon this next weekend coming up. If I do, I plan to dress as Soul ^_^ It’s only like $20 to go, so if I can get the day off I think I might go for Saturday.

It looks so awesome. I went to my first con this year, Megacon in Orlando, and now I keep hunting for more local ones to attend! Any excuse to prance around in my Grell costume and chug sake from a flask :bigsmile:
awesome costumes! I sooooooooo want a full fur suit! I bet it’s miserable hot though, I had to wear a turtle neck and cape for my costume last year and I was dying. ^^
I’m going to Acen (Anime Central in Chicago) with Jakey again this weekend. Last year we dressed up as Flik and Odessa from Suikoden (video game), I don’t know if we’ll dress up again this year. I have to find both our costumes.
can’t wait to try out AnimeExpo this year…I usually go to ComicCon but they made the sign up process so horrible and also selling 4 days at the con then when they had no more 4 days, they went oh let’s take away one dayer passes to make more 4 days!
moving on, I plan on being fanservice Lucy/Nyu the first day and a simple MLPFIM: Princess Luna the next day….

Also, the fursuits weren't too bad actually. It was pretty chilly out si we kept going outside every little bit to cool off and despite the wind and chill we got A LOT of people following us out there for photos. We were nice and confortable while everyone else was freezing! LOL!
