LOL Your story rated over a man walking around exposing himself! Thats AWESOME! lol Grats! Before I joined the Navy, I came from a town that was that small as well…I gratuated with 21 other people…in my whole senior class!
January 1, 2012 at 7:11 am #867801Corvallis isn’t that small. LOL! For Oregon, it’s a pretty good sized city (10th largest in the state!) 🙂
Of course, Portland is our biggest city and I still run into people I know EVERYWHERE… our whole state is like a small town. 🙂
That’s a seriously awesome crime report though! I’m assuming Ed was the one doing the screaming?

January 1, 2012 at 4:15 pm #867817I had a moment when I was reading John’s quote of “I think he’s broody and wants to lay eggs” totally had me staring at the computer in awe that male emus could lay eggs before I realized it had to be a typo!
I’m slow before I’ve had my coffee.
Doh! read news stories after coffee~!

No, it was Cody the llama who was screaming. They can make a really awful noise when they want to, and he was really upset.

Not really, but no more fights.

That is probably what I said. I call Ed a “he” all the time.

Funny about that, this wasn’t the first time we were in the same police blotter because of Ed.
Ed also had hopped over her pasture fence and we had to retrieve her from a few houses away. That made the newspaper too. Fortunately we had a team of avian specialists with us to help to get her home.January 1, 2012 at 9:13 pm #867842That’s a seriously awesome crime report though! *snort* I don’t know why, but the image of a llama on the run from an emu – all the while screaming at the top of his lungs is pretty funny. 🙂
