      Melody-

Will you do a batch of low contrast silver OWs. My lap would like a mate, but Im not fond of the high contrast silvers…too much black.

Everyone else should squeak w/ me.

I’ll help you squeak for him! The original low-contrast silver Old Warrior’s were always among my absolute favorite Windstones! I think this coloration really brings out all of his details! (I would be ecstatic if there was ever a batch like that in the store! :D)

We aren’t planning to make more of the low contrast ones… but I hadn’t really thought about it!

I like the high contrast myself. I think it gives much more depth

                    Got a busted Windstone?

Yes, although my pic is of a foster girl. My red girl has olive green eyes. Well had eyes, she’s down to one now, so she’s a red headed pirate dog child.

lol yep! Setsuna still hasn’t shown me pictures *cough cough* 🙂 My profile picture is Tundra (who is passed) but Autumn is what they call a light red, and Mariah is a copper…then Katy is a black and white 🙂 I think you may have seen the picutes of my girls when you were painting the husky team (which I adore) 🙂

This was Koda. He passed away this summer a few weeks before my aunt died.

This is Jax. He’s a celebrity here. Melody donated the husky candle lamp to help defray his medical costs.

The biggest dog in the picture is Shion. And if you count 2 dogs over the back of the grey/blk/wht girl is Majere.

My husky rescue group participated in the AIDS walk in Indy. It was a lot of fun. That pic is also good to give people an idea of just how big Shion is compared to a standard husky. In the Winter he weights about 105-110 lbs, and after he blows coat in the spring he weight 95lbs.

He’s not a malamute. He’s a throwback. The current Husky was bred down from a dog abut Shion’s size, and genetically he’s thrown back to that original size.
