I am surpirised there hasnt been a topic posted on this . Well ,not one i have seen in here . So i thought i would ask………Melody do you have plans to put this color on any LP dragons??? I think alot of us would really love to own 1 and the fact its different. Even if all you do is a curlie i myself would love to have one. But i would like to have a purple or lavender eye Especially in a metallic or even a lime green metallic eye.

given the sheer expense of that sort of paint….I doubt they would.

But I also would love to see that sort of thing available as lp. Especially if they have an olive green, red-orange shift. It’d be like a color shifting leaf.

I don’t know if this color shifting paint could ever be used for an lp dragon, because the paint is insanely expensive. It is a neat effect though.

The problem is that these effect paints look fabulous on large, smooth, moving objects in the daylight, but don’t look like much of anything on small, textured, stationary, indoor things, like dragons.

The fledgling looks pretty fabulous in regular indoor lighting. His color was ugly though in bright outdoor lighting.

I’ve used color shifting paint on pyos before in the past. But not on whole sculptures, just accents and stuff like that. Depending on the surface, it doesn’t always show well, or you need good lighting.
