Gift Certificates are once again available for our Windstone Store! Here’s a link to the page: http://windstoneeditions.com/gift-certificates or go the the tab that says “Shop” and you’ll see “Store Gift Certificates” as the second item in the drop down field (if I’ve remembered correctly!) Gift Certificates are only issued via email, so you will need to know the recipients email address. And they can only be used toward purchases from our store (not on eBay purchases).
Oh cool! I’m curious as to how they work. Could a person mail them to their email and print something out, so they could put it in a card if they want to keep it a surprise for Christmas?

Now I need to send a link to this thread to all friends and family and remind them that my birthday is coming up soon and that Christmas won’t be far behind! J) :santa:

Dreamscape, Orion, Poison Dart, Fireberry, Spangler + Tigerberry DragonsAs far as I know the gift certificates are only via email – As soon as you buy one, an email is sent to the recipient and the money is put into their account (or the store makes an account for them if they don’t already have one). Nothing that would print out to be enclosed in a card, which is a little disappointing, but it’s the best we can do right now.
Ha! I just noticed the poad dollar bills representing gift certificates in the store. They’re hilarious. Have they been up like that for long?
Maybe people giving gift certs could print out a poad dollar bill to represent the emailed gift certificate.
Gift certificates are amazing! My birthday is tomorrow and they just keep popping up in the my inbox woohooooooo!!!!
The only thing, it’s a little tricky for people not online/computer literate to figure out how to do it since they need both a paypal and a Windstone account. It would be cool if sometime down the road people (like old people who are afraid the computers want to eat their medicine…) could call and order gift ceritificates? Or pay directly with a credit card on the check out page? I’m not sure what is feasible, but just something to make it easier for the old timers!
They are so cute . My birthday is next week . But I doubt I’d get one . Good Luck to anyone who gets them .
