Can't get into messages from email notification

When I receive a PM from another member and I click on the line on the email how do I get into the messages all I get is a message I am not allowed to access this page? Also how do I get from the Forum to the messages and back to the Forum?

When you are signed into the Forum, click on “My Account” at the upper right and then click on “Messages”. To get back to the Forum, go to “Community” and click “Forum” on the drop-down box.

Are you having the problem where you click the link in the PM email and the website tells you that you are logged out, or you get an access denied error and see that you are logged out, even if you were logged in moments before?

The reason may be that you aren’t logged into your account. If I get an e-mail notification of a PM and I’m not logged in, I get an error message. If I am logged in, then the link takes me to my messages without difficulty.
