Hello Everyone! I was wondering if I could get your opinions on what the value
is on a Adult and baby Emerald Oriental.

The Adult has two small chips on his tail, and his head had broken off… it was a clean break so it can’t be seen on the display side.

The baby has a chip to his ear and his tail had broken off, the damage can be seen on his display side.

I was wondering what the values are on these two, both before and after a repair.

I know I just saw a Peacock Adult that had been repaired sell for $150.00

(Ravenhart was not much help… because it seems the Orientals go for more now)

Any and all help would be appreciated!

      Thank you,
      Dawn

I sold my emerald adult oriental, mint condition (no box) on ebay, after re-listing him several times, for $200. The young orientals are more rare, but personally I’d put a value of at least $100 on him. Your adult oriental, I’d say since hes damaged, at least $100-$120 unless someone out there really really wants him.

Was this one a steal then?

Looks like it has the same type of break, and only went for $47.00!

Maybe. He went to a forum member who said his head was glued on crooked. It was a pain to get off and fix.
