An idea for the hatching dragons…

I know you have said these are difficult to paint and not worth the cost to produce them. Would it be possible to make a PYO version of these? Change up the design a bit or something to make sure these would not be confused with the production ones. I know a lot of people (myself included) like the hatching dragon design, it would be a shame for them to go away entirely :bigsmile: Just thought I would throw the idea out there!

I like the idea of a PYO hatching dragon. It could be a hatching version of the small PYO dragon.

I would envision something between the size of the normal hatcher and the royal hatchers.

Yes I could, but I’d need to make them different to tell them from the production ones and If I did that I may as well make a new sculpture.
I haven’t had any time to sculpt but soon as we can get ahead on the painting I will get on these other projects.

Ah well, I know you are busy lately (understatement) I wasn’t thinking an entirely new sculpture, I was thinking more along the lines of chopping heads and turning them, or adding another wing to the small one or something to make it distinct from the originals. But I can see where that might not work O.o Especially if you don’t want them looking too much like the production ones! I didn’t realize something like that would be almost as difficult as making entirely new ones =) Thanks for taking the time to check out my idea though :bigsmile:

I thought maybe the “nest” could be removed for the PYO piece and the egg just sit on the ground, but I expect that change would be hard to make too.
