New airbrushed Breyer horse

I have finished airbrushing horse number 2 of 3. I painted him to look like an appaloosa. This horse was my first attempt at adding a mohair mane and tail. The kit comes with 2 colors of mohair and some glue. It was a messy but fun process. You can compare him to the palomino I painted last week. The appaloosa is quite a bit larger and I believe he is the size of a Breyer classic horse at 9″ long by 6″ high. Thanks for looking.

Thanks! I’d like to try a more complex pattern next time. Maybe I’ll try a buckskin or appaloosa.

Hi there, and yes, that is from the paint your own Breyer kits. The small palomino came with another horse that I have yet to paint and the appaloosa was a larger model that came by itself with mohair that I glued on after I painted it. Thanks for looking 🙂
