Using any of our browsers, including the usual Firefox which is the least of having troubles, my cousin is trying to purchase the new Sand Curl but there is no place for her to plug in her state or Country. It has red asterisks like the rest of the fields which she also had to type in manually because it did NOT carry over the info from this one account I have her on with her own billing/shipping. So that not only takes time, but you can’t move forward without a country and state. And because there is NO place to type that info and no drop down menu for either, she cannot buy anything. We were hoping someone would take mercy on us but they will probably sell out before anyone reads this and would agree.
This is so frustrating and ridiculous to see a piece you want to buy, which is why they stay in business, and have a major collector not be able to buy because the new site is so darn glitchy. Not only does WE get sort of stiffed (not really cause they will sell obviously) but we get to lose out on the first batch and can’t purchase until yet another problem is fixed.
Anyone else have this store issue? And can any one person help in this instance of procuring the new Sand Curl? Thank you and sorry for the tone but it is pure frustration right now…

April 9, 2011 at 12:24 am #842070You could just call and ask Susie to do a manual order…
April 9, 2011 at 12:26 am #842071Sway – I was able to order one with no problem. I’ll check with you when it arrives to see if you still need it.
April 9, 2011 at 1:12 am #842082Susie can’t take phone orders. We remember this from a previous glitch on old site. She was totally swamped, as I’m sure she is now. Believe me – we had thought of it.
As for this case – the error still remains but a friend was able to be reached and has completed the transaction and is now just waiting on reimbursement from us with the next mail.
Thank you guys for listening as I freaked out, and offering to help when you could both with ideas and purchasing. I’m sure others will have some kind of issue and the Curl will get unloaded if you decide not to keep it.

April 9, 2011 at 6:48 am #842110Please, if you are having trouble -do CALL, or email us directly. If the store is having issues, we want to know about it! (However, I don’t know if Susie will be in the office tomorrow)
April 9, 2011 at 3:38 pm #842123Sway, as I mentioned in another post, you seem to have placed an order just fine. You can always call if you have a problem!!

My art: featherdust.comApril 9, 2011 at 6:59 pm #842151Jennifer – I did not place the order for it would not continue on without those fields being filled out for which there was no space to type it in (nor did it pull any info from my account which is filled out the way you told me to fill it out – my cousin’s ship/bill info which is there but she still had to type it in manually when she tried to order). The order was placed by Susie because we had emailed her. But while that was going on, a friend of ours was also placing an order for us in case Susie had been gone or too jammed at the very time. My friend’s order went through first and got completed, so we owe them the money. And we had Susie close out the order that she had put aside for my cousin. She does not know why the certain parts of the information did not show up, or even have a field for us to type it in like we did the rest of her information. She told Jillian to work with her next week to place a fake order (which she will cancel right away) to see if it has corrected itself by then. But no, neither of us actually had placed an order through the store, no matter what it says. Any doing was done on Susie’s end as a third party because of email communications.

April 10, 2011 at 5:44 pm #842247Do you still need someone to purchase one for you? I’d be willing to do it then you’d just have to give me your address to ship it to direct from Windstone.
