I am almost positive this is one of the limited edition IVEP’s because of the green chest. I have the rising spectral, male and female and fledgie in the IVEP and this looks like the male. I don’t have a peacock male to compare him to but the ones I do have a purple chest except for the old emperor who had a blue chest. I just thought I would add this in case anybody is interested.
The first few batches in the store of the male and female looked like this so it’s quite possible it’s one of those, I don’t think it’s one of the numbered ones though.

Dreamscape, Orion, Poison Dart, Fireberry, Spangler + Tigerberry DragonsI was comparing it to my Em/Pea Male and they do appear to be different. I know my guy is a later version of the color, which kinda bums me out because I always loved the more intensely colored earlier Em/Pea. Oh well…
Though I don’t think it’s one of the numbered/signed ones from eBay, the first batch of these did have this intense violet coloration, and based on the photos (can comparing it to the one I have) I can say this seems to be one of those dragons.
