        I keep track of my entire Windstone collection in an Excel spreadsheet, including PYO’s and where they go.
        I’ve made a map showing where all of mine are and I found it interesting to see them on a map, so I thought it would be cool to see where everyone else’s are.

        EDIT I’ve made this map so that anyone can edit it now, you can click on the link and add your PYO’s.
        Here is the link : http://www.mapservices.org/myguestmap/map/sagiaparri

        In the Name put something like “Koondra #1 PYO Keeper” and put who painted it in the Message “Painted by SagiAparri”.
        Mark the different PYO’s with different colors.

        White = Keeper
        Blue = Dragon
        Red = Phoenix
        Green = Griffin
        Pink = Kirin
        Yellow = Unicorn
        Orange = Wolf
        Teal = Muse

        Remember to only post ones that YOU have painted and not others PYO’s that you own, that will cut down on duplicate entries.

        Of course you cannot keep complete track of where they are to date due to trade, resale, etc.. Just where the last known location was.

          That’s a really cool idea! I’ll have to compile my own information when I get home and try it out.

            I have three pages in my Windstone Excel spreasheet.

            One page for factory pieces and how much I paid for each piece. I try not to look at the total. 😳

            The second page is for my PYOs – for what I’ve bought and for what I’ve sold (to whom and from whom with price).

            Thirdly, I keep a massive amount of info on PYO tidbits – eye colors and sizes for each sculpt, gem sizes and colors I use, how much they cost to purchase from the store, average shipping cost, base price I would like, blah, blah, blah… 😆

              wow I feel behind lol I used to have a hand written list of what I had and how much I paid…but it got lost in a move. 🙄 An advantage to having a digital copy I guess. I remember approximately.The google maps thing is a really cute idea!

                I should be that organized 😳 . The best I manage to do is print up the PayPal receipt when I sell one. I do also keep all of my receipts for the blank PYOs I buy from the store and for the supplies I buy for them. That includes special eyes from other suppliers, special gems, paints and brushes and blah, blah, blah…. I do this for my taxes. I also managed to keep most of my receipts for my production/special pieces. But like someone else mentioned here, I dread to see the total :spank: .

                    Gah! I made a map but every time I try to get the link for it, it links back to the one you made Sagi! 😆 I think I did something wrong..

                      I never even thought of writing it down!

                      I do keep pics of everything I ever painted, even the repaints (you know, those jobs that just don’t look right), and when I see them, I can tell you where they went, if they were for a swap, something I painted, then sold, or a gift.

                      Read my books! Volume 1 and 2 of A Dragon Medley are available now.

                          I had almost forgotten to do this!! I finally got around to it 😀

                          It looks almost like the markers migrate a bit on the world-view, but if you zoom in they are correct ><

                          Edit: there are a few of mine in one place in Colorado, and I didn’t want all of my markers right on top of one another, so I spaced them out just a little. They are all technically in the same place though!

                          Also.. I didn’t put Cloud #3 in there – not because I don’t love who bought it, but because I forget where she lives!! 😆
